Modification in Spain of decisions on maintenance obligations given in Morocco

Abstract: The proceedings to modify Moroccan decisions on maintenance obligations brought before the Spanish judicial authorities by citizens of that countryresiding in Spain or abroad raises a set of Private International Law problems of (jurisdiction, applicable law, recognition and enforcement of decisions and cooperation of central authorities) that shouldreceive a correct solution.
