Spanish-Moroccan inheritance Relationships

Abstract: The entry into force of Regulation (EU ) 650/2012 about inheritance has led to significant changes in Spanish-Moroccan relationship on succession, which until now were governed by the application of national law of the deceased. The deceased must take the new regulation into account in order to organize their succession.
